DESSERT AND WINE (ages 34-46)

A confirmation email will be sent to you no later than the day of the event guaranteeing your registration. Because female and male tickets must be confirmed in equal measure, Foodie Dates reserves the right to refund any registrations resulting in unequal numbers. For instance, if ten women register and only nine men register, the last women to register will be fully refunded; therefore, priority will be given to those who book in advance. We will accept registrations until the day of the event. Registrants understand therefore that their ticket is not fully confirmed until they have received a final email confirmation.

Foodie Dates makes no effort to screen the backgrounds or qualifications of any registrants or attendees at its events. Each attendee assumes full responsibility, and holds Foodie Dates harmless against any damages resulting from any contact with individuals, the venue where the event takes place, or our website, during or after any Foodie Dates sponsored activities. Customer agrees to release Foodie Dates from any claims arising from actions taken by event hosts or the venue in which the event takes place.

Foodie Dates may use or disclose customer information as required by law and to facilitate the customer experience with our website, events, and in helping our customers achieve our corporate mission of providing the best way for people to establish relationships that add meaning to their lives. Foodie Dates reserves the right to permit personnel to photograph or video events, and to use those images for media or promotional purposes. Participants assume the responsibility to inform camera-persons should they desire to be avoided in such coverage.

Please be advised that we do not cancel due to weather, and the tickets are non-refundable and cannot be delayed for future use.
